I added the URLs to my social media profiles in the social links section, but the icons do not appear in the live view of my site. What am I missing? Also, how can I customize the social media icons to include my own?

@chandrathompson: If you have added the URLs then it should be there. Can you check in your have disable “Disable Header Right Section?” in “Appearance => Theme Options => Header Right Section”.

If this doesn’t solve then add in your site URL so that I can check in your site.

Here is my URL. The social media icons should appear above the search bar. When you hover over them, the descriptions show up, but the icon images are missing. http://livluvdesign.com/

Looks like you have change the theme folder. Your style.css is showing the path of http://livluvdesign.com/wp-content/themes/catch_everest-lld/style.css where as it should be http://livluvdesign.com/wp-content/themes/catch-everest/style.css .

The social icon image “social-profile.png” in inside catch-everest => image folder. Since your style.css is showing catch_everest-lld and cannot find the path. You need to correct that.
