    Is it possible to add the social media icons from the theme to a post without using a 3rd party plugin?

    Hi Casper,
    Adding social media icons in posts for sharing falls under plugin territory. Usually, it needs to be handled by plugins rather than theme.

    There are themes our there with this feature, but it is not the correct way to do so.

    In short, our themes do not support social sharing. Please use a plugin for that.
