@ranadhar: Go to => Dashboard => Themes => Add New => Upload Theme => Browse and Select the file you just downloaded => Install Now
Activate the theme once the theme has been successfully installed.

Meantime I was trying that way. But I got this error message.
“Failed to write file to disk.”

I saw some discussion on same topic of installation failure because – perhaps the Simple Catch is already installed.

There suggestions were to upload “Catch Updater” plugin

I tried with that too.

Same message came, “Failed to write file to disk.”

Please help.

@ranadhar: This seems to be a folder permission issue. Please contact you web server and tell him about the issue.
