@sapana: a width of 200 px should be great. The only content in sidebar are three logos of local bikeshops. The logos have a width of 150 px.
I tried what I can, but I could not do this. If I tried for hours, but the sidebar was wrong in landscape situation of iPad. And I could not make the good width of content area.

I have the same problem, but the sidebar is under the contents even on the pc.

I tried to insert the code you wrote in the additional CSS, but I did not get any results. Above all, the size of the sidebar never changes.
Strangely when I zoom out the browser window, the sidebar goes up, but it never resizes itself. Only the content is resized.

I tried to change the subject, but almost everyone gives me the same problem.

How can I do?

Also I would like to decrease the number of recent articles visible on the home page. Is there any way?

Another strange thing.
When I enter wp-admin my site is like this

and the sidebar is under the content, like this

But, when I’m outside, I (maybe you also) see that

the font is bigger than I aspect.

What is the problem?

@bjbarker: Hello bjbarker, To display the sidebar before content in mobile and i-pad you will need to create the child theme and do some customization, let me know if you are familiar with child theme customization otherwise I suggest you to hire a customizer to get it done.
