I would like the same layout as the welcome page for all sub pages if possible. But with different images on each subpage. If not possible then always the same image.

I’m sorry to inform you that the theme currently does not have an option to create similar layouts for subpages.

However, you can use the block editor to achieve a similar layout on each page.
