First, I tried the free version, and after feeling satisfied with it, I decided to buy the Pro version.

I was able to install it, but I encountered an issue when trying to use the Pro version that I purchased.

The error message I’m receiving is:

“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting steps, such as deactivating all plugins, adding the “true/false” debug text to the PHP config, but I haven’t been able to figure out what’s causing the problem.

Could you suggest a solution for this issue?
