I’m getting ready to update to 2.0 but I had delayed because I had found the following thread that claims there is a bug in it:

Note, that is not my thread, but it concerned me that I might run into issues when I upgrade in the manner suggested in the thread, so I’ve delayed updating.
Should this be of any concern? – i.e. what that linked thread says about social icons and a bug.
