    I have some questions about the upgrade.
    1) Is the upgrade locked to a single domain? If so, can the pro version be transferred to a differ domain if needed in the future? (I am building a test site on one domain (test.com) and would want to transfer it to a new domain for the finished version (test2.com)
    2) Is there a time limit on support for the pro version, especially updates?

    @punisher:
    1. Once you purchase the theme, you can use it in unlimited domain that you own
    2. Yes, we support update only for 1 year. After that you need to re-purchase it. For re-purchase, you can get 50% discount coupon code. But after a year, if you don’t need update then you can disable update from Theme Options panel and use the theme.

    Just curious about why the ip address I used to ask about the discount is now blocked from accessing my account? Why do I now have to go to another machine to login? And why do you not simply post the standard renewal fee at 50% off (which itself is actually expensive)? Why do you not offer free updates forever without support like most theme companies do? You offer free updates for your free themes, but paying customers must keep paying. You do not seem to be the easiest people to work with. And even if I pay for a renewal, you still block the download until after I contact you. You business dealings border on being unethical.

    @prius4f: Not sure about the IP Address. What is your IP address? As we have blocked few IP address that have posted in spam support comment. If your IP is static then it shouldn’t be problem.

    Free and Premium themes are totally different. Most of the top theme companies use annual renewal and only new theme companies uses free updates. So, it depends on company to company.
