Hello Skandha,

I made a header image (1920 x 835 pixels).
On a MacBook Pro 13 inch the header doesn’t occur totally (height is the problem)
On a iPad 10 inch the header occurs in height a little better, but not completely.

I replaced the original header image by a self made image.https://laura.hagmeijer.nl/sample-page/ You see the result isn’t good. The original flowers are much longer than at the image.

Can you please give a solution for this.

Nog i am werking in the free version. Maybe for the good result I have to buy the pro version. If that is so, than I buy the pro version immediately.

The recommended size for Header Image is 1920*1080px. Can you try using that size and see if the image appears better?

With 1920 *1080 the result is more disappointing.
In the height there is much less to see.
If you go to:
https://laura.hagmeijer.nl/testpagina/

you can see the problem:
IN the header and on the page are the same images.
IN the page there you can see much more image then in the header.

Now I made a new image 1920 *400 px.
On the screen of MacBook Pro 13 inch it is much better, but 400 px is too high. Must be some less high.
On https://laura.hagmeijer.nl/test5/ you can see the results.

But this view isn’t responsive.
If you look at the iPad, you can see that it isn’t responsive.

Please can you find a solution for this. I din’t know more how to handle this.

I searched into the support database and saw thatbthis problem has been described several times. I tried the solutions inread, but incannot solve the problem.

I think I have a solution, but I like to hear from you if it is a good one.

If I use a featured image for a page instead of a header (see: https://laura.hagmeijer.nl/mijn-account/), with 1920*475px then it looks fine.
Now still one problem: the space between the text and the featured image: how to minimize this.

And the last one:
The space between image and text has been solved with your CSS. Very fine.
Now (see: https://laura.hagmeijer.nl/mijn-account/) the words Mijn account should be removed. (and the titles on all pages.
When I inspect the site with safari I learned that it concerns
<header class=entry-header”>
<h1 class=“entry-title”>
…</h1> = $0
</header>

I am very sorry. I just tested the page Laura.hagmeijer.nl/mijn-account on my iPad. And I saw that the featured image is not responsive.
So this doesn’t seem to be the right solution.
Is there a solution for it?

To have the header image of large height in other pages like in the home page please use the following CSS Code.

body:not(.home) .custom-header-content {
    padding: 275px 50px;
}

Since the Header Image is used as a background it cannot be as responsive as the featured image used in posts.
