    How can i set up path to be http://sitename.ext/%5Bcategory_name]/[(optional)sub-category]/[post]

    Еven though I’ve set-up permalink custom structure /%category%/ all posts appeared

    http://fotodetail.com/%5Bpost] i.e. the category is invisible

    @Ivan: This is more of WordPress question, so it will be better and you will get fast response in WordPress Support Forum. As per my knowledge, you can set custom permalink structure as
    /%category%/%postname%/
