Hello everyone,

for some reason I’m not receiving an activation email for my account with the following username: kviv1

Somehow i was able to create a post/thread in this forum. I have checked the different sections of my e-mail (spam-folder included) and requested already multiple times an activation-link for the account.

When this issue is solved, I really would need some help with the purchased Theme Pro version i did. I’ve received an email from PayPal that the purchase was done. However then it showed me “transaction failed or something similar” despite PayPal sending money to the creator of CATCH THEMES.

Please help me.

Please check now. I have manually verified your account. Now, you should be login to your account at https://catchthemes.com/my-account/ and download the theme. For installation, please check https://catchthemes.com/faq/how-to-install-themefor-pro-theme/
