I have installed Simple Catch Pro theme on my WordPress website. I am not able to update it to latest version. It says update package not available. Please help.

@sanket: Which version are you using it? If you are using Simple Catch Pro version 4.0 then you can add your license key in “Appearance => About Theme => License tab”. After this you can update is with just a click on update.

I am using version 4.0.1

My Account on Catch Theme says that my license key is expired.

Does it get expired after some time and one has to renew it every time?

Please advise…

@sanket: Hello there,
When you first purchase a theme it comes with an initial 1 year subscription. So the license key will work until the expiry date. After that you will need renew your theme subscription to be able to download newer theme updates. For more information please check out our terms and condition.

I am not able to upload the Version 4 of Simple Catch Pro theme from the Admin panel. The Upload Theme is not clickable

Appearance=> Theme => Add theme => Upload theme (This is not clickable. Not taking me to browser to upload the theme files)

Please guide.

Since the automatic updates was added in version 4.0 and as you seem to be using version 3.6.1 so for this time you will need to update the theme manually.

You’ll need to first download the theme from your https://catchthemes.com/my-account/ page. Then install Catch Web Tools plugin and activate Catch Updater Module.

I am still not able to update the theme. I have followed the above steps as you recommended.
1. Downloaded the theme from https://catchthemes.com/my-account/ page
2. Installed Catch Web Tools plugin and activated Catch Updater Module

But I am not able to upload the theme. When I click on upload/ add theme, it does not allow me to select files.

Is there a way I can share a screenshot or give remote access to you to help me with this?

I purchased the Simple Catch Pro theme version 4 on April 4. But in My Account it says that the Expiration date is April 4?? Why is that. i am not able to upload the latest version of theme on my wordpress website despite the purchase. Please help!
