I log into my account here and when I go to download the free “Catch Updater” on the checkout page I get the message that I need to login in order to download it even though I already am logged in.

So I click on the “My Account” which should take me to my account since I’m already logged in but I get taken to a login page. So I try to login with the correct email and password and I get an error code that says I’m using the wrong credentials even though I am not.

So I try several times and I am unable to login in order to download the plugin.

After this happens and I can’t login on this page, I to another page on the site and I’m logged in.

Can you tell me how I can login on the Checkout page in order for me to be able to download the Catch Updater plugin?

@gmcd: Hello there,
This is strange.
You can download our Catch Web Tools which has the Catch Updater Module in it.

You will have additional features as well.

Hi mate – I’m just a fellow user and while I have no idea how to answer your question – I can tell you that if you add the CATCH WEB TOOLS plugin (which you can do direct from wordpress) then catch up[dater is included and you can activate it there.
Give it a ago at any rate.
