I am using the BussinessFocus theme. I want to create three boxes with links as given in the demo site. What should I do to create similar to his in my website.

I think this is more a question about the gutenberg editor.

Create a 3 column block and then insert the icon and/or text block inside each of the 3 columns.

To have the section like in the demo you will need to use the Service Section. First of you will need use our Essential Content Types plugin. Install and Activate the plugin.

Then,
Go to => Dashboard => Service => Add all your posts.

Finally.
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Service => Enable the section and select the posts you created earlier and Publish.
