Hi!
I’m Arjan and I’m using the Zubin Pro theme and in the topright corner of the webpage I built there should be two icons for the menu (the three lines) and search (the looking glass), but they don’t show and all I see is a square. The same goes for the ‘move up’ button that appears after scrolling down – that one is also just a square.
Is this a known issue and can anyone help me in solving it?
Thanks!

Can you please post in your site URL so that I can look into the issue?Kind Regards,

The address is: https://janvandenbergstraat74.nl
As you’ll probably see in the topright corner; there’s just an empty square there instead of the menu-icon …

This seems to be due to the Elementor Plugin you are using. Try deactivating the plugin and check if the icons appear.Let me know if the issue persist!
Kind Regards,

I checked your site on my phone and the menu seems to be opening fine. Can you let me know on which device you are having this issue? Also try checking the issue on other mobile phone.Kind Regards,
SkandhaFebruary 20, 2021 at 2:32 pm #274701DainesatelierParticipantHi! I’m using an iPhone. I’ve had the feedback from a fair few people.
EvieFebruary 20, 2021 at 2:44 pm #274708SakinKeymaster@dainesatelier: I see that you have the “Elementor” plugin and it is loading old Font Awesome CSS “Font Awesome 4.7.0” and Zubin Pro is using “Font Awesome 5.13.0”. So, until the Elementor plugin update the Font Awesome CSS, you need to add the following CSS in “Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS”
.menu-toggle:before, .menu-toggle.selected:before, .comment-reply-title small a:before, .search-toggle:before, .search-submit:before, #scrollup:before { font-family: "FontAwesome"; }

I don’t see the CSS that I gave you on your site. Can you let me know once it’s added on your site and then I will debug it.

February 20, 2021 at 3:20 pm #274712SakinKeymasterHi Evie,
Sorry, I was looking at a different site from Arjan.
Your site should work without the CSS. Can you remove the CSS I have you and let me know it. I will check in iPhone.
Regards,
SakinFebruary 20, 2021 at 3:35 pm #274715SakinKeymasterIt’s working on both the iPhones I tested from.
