Hi !
All went right with the Helena theme for an hour until… All the menu items for personalization in the backoffice desappeared except “Widgets”.
How can I display them all ?

Found the problem :

I uninstalled the Plugin Save Contact Form
and all went back to normal !

1/ My site is on my laptop… localhost. So no url to give
2/ I installed : WordPress, Helena Theme (made a child them) and a few plugins (contact Form 7, Save Contact Form, Flamingo (with Contact Form 7), Admin Custom Login)
it worked for a while then
3/ the problem :

@benben: Have you try activating the parent theme? Try activating the parent theme and check if the settings are there. Let me know further.

Yes, I just did the test :
Coming back to parent Helena theme and activated the “Save contact form 7” plugin and the same problem appears.

Fortunately, there are other ways bypassing the plugin but it is a uncompatibility between this plugin and the theme.

Hi @BenBen,

I suggest you to not use the plugin. This is a plugin issue rather than theme. The plugin has not been updated and is only compatible till WordPress version 4.5.6. Current version is 4.7.2.

Maybe try another plugin.
