Hello,

I had an intern working on our website when we set it up at http://www.vericalrunnerbreckenridge.com. She installed our theme and got everything set up. However, now I do not know what my log into Catch Themes and I can’t get a hold of her as she is no longer working for us. How can I log in and download the update for the catch everest pro theme. Please help! I have an account that I was able to log in with under the email of [email protected] however I do not know if this one that is linked to the Everest Pro or a different theme I downloaded. Thanks so much.

@Drewmikita: For sales and account issues, you need to contact them at http://catchthemes.com/contact-us/ . When I check in our server, I found the username on that email but couldn’t find in order details.
