I just purchased and installed this theme today. I clicked on “Theme Instructions” from the WordPress dashboard and it came up Page Cannot Be Found. So then I clicked on “Theme Instructions” beside these forum posts and found the Intuitive Pro theme is not listed.
My question is about the images that are in the default setup of the Services section on the Home/Frontpage from the downloaded demo content. When I went to Customize > Theme Options > Layout Options > Services, and changed it from 3 items to 5 and selected Pages instead of Categories and selected the 5 pages, it resulted in the images that were displayed between the Service titles and excerpts disappearing and a placeholder put there instead.
I can’t find a place to edit those images. Can you please tell me how that is done?
Thanks

Even when I change it back to 3 items the images are still gone and placeholders displayed instead.
March 15, 2020 at 11:25 am #239085tikaramKeymaster@springtide20: The theme instruction link under Important Links seems to be not working. It will be fixed in the upcoming update. For the time being Please follow the following link for theme instructions.
It seems like you have used as page for services section and you want to display the images instead of placeholder. To display image of respective page you will need to edit the individual pages and set featured image for each page and the image will be displayed in the service section. If you have no idea about setting up featured images please follow this link to know more about setting featured images for your post and pages.
If there is anything else then please let me know. I will guide you through the process.Regards,

I am familiar with setting featured images in posts and pages, and I thought that might be the issue, so I checked that before I posted my question here. When I previewed the posts in question, no images were displayed. I just checked those posts again, and sure enough, when I expanded the “Featured Image” option, the images that disappeared are in fact the featured images in the Services section that had disappeared. So now I set featured images for the pages I chose to put in Services, and it works. However, when you set a featured image in a post or page, is that image not supposed to display in the post or page when you preview them or visit the site and go to those posts/pages? That’s why I didn’t think that was the issue…the featured image does not display in the post or page itself. That behaviour is unlike any other WordPress install I have worked with.

Under Single Page/Post Image : Select the desired option except disabled.Let me know if this helps you out.
