    Hi Guys

I’m trying to add a subtitle (H2) to a NEWS which I choose as blog page. I tried to add a title on the BLOG page but apparently there are no connection since the NEWS page seem to be Theme Customization page on its own. I’m quite sure I will have to add some php but there is any easy way to do it? If not guide me through via php.

    Thanks

Another thing is the header (feature image) does not change when you edit the page. I think is because the page have no connection whatsoever. Can I have a normal page with post in it or be able to change the NEWS PAGE. Thanks

@victoralejandrobr : Do you want to add subtitle on a blog page or in a single blog post ? You will need to create a child theme and customize your site as desired. Alternatively, You may hire a customizer to get your site customized.

Can you please explain clearly where the feature image is not changing. Let me know if you have any more issues.

    Regards,

    Hey Tikaram

I don’t think is necessary to hire a customizer just to add a subtitle.I need a subtitle for a blog page. I do have a child theme set already. I’ve tried to add/modify the components/features/recent-posts/recent-posts.php where I guess the Subtitle should be added however there is no changing. Can you guide me please? Just to add a subtitle.

    Thanks

You can change the title of the NEWS (Post Page) from the customizer.
Go to Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Homepage / Frontpage Options.
Under Latest Posts Title : Enter the desired page title. If this is not what you mean please let me know.

    Regards,
    Tikaram
