I am trying to have a video banner display. I understand it will only show on the home page. (https://bestmachete.co/)

I’m confused as the video will only appear to play if I have the “recent posts” option selected rather than static page. Why is this?

Also, It appears that the video will only show if I have a header image selected. When the video does show, there is a faint watermark of the header image behind it.

I’ve tried several browsers, chrome, firefox etc all showing same symptoms.

Would really appreciate some advice, I’ve had it working before, now it doesn’t seem to.
