Hallo guys, is there a way to have at a very top of page some sort of “menu” where we can put link to our english version? How does it work with WPML? Where is the button to change the language then? Thank you. Ondrej
December 5, 2018 at 1:10 am #160819sapanaParticipant@vraba:
Step 1: Go to=> Appearance=> Customize=> Menu=> Create a New Menu=> Sample Menu
Step 2: Go to=> Sample Menu=>Add Item=> Add the Custom Link Url and Link Test
In this way you can create the separate button and add link for that button for language translate. Let me know if this help you out!Kind Regards,

I want to use Secondary menu for tablet and mobile view – so it is the same as Main menu.. Thanks for reply. SapanaDecember 7, 2018 at 4:47 am #161035vrabaParticipant@sapana: unfortunately if I use secondary menu for this, then on mobile/tablet there is no menu at all (this hamburger menu). So it should be right on top bar or something with CZ / EN / DE etc..
December 7, 2018 at 6:41 am #161043sapanaParticipant@vraba: It seems that you haven’t added any menu button for the language in secondary menu, it is not shown in desktop version too, so please first add the menu called “for eg:ENG” then add the link on that menu. Let me know after you have added that menu.I will guide you step wise.

SapanaDecember 10, 2018 at 4:57 am #161178vrabaParticipantHi, this is my site! 🙂
Please see the img – I was wondering to have an extra menu above primary menu or for example (https://blog.zahradnizabava.cz) – at the very top, where social icons are.
December 10, 2018 at 11:45 pm #161239sapanaParticipant@vraba:I checked your site (https://blog.zahradnizabava.cz) you seems to be activating another theme called Spacious pro, I suggest you to consult to respective support forum. let me know if you have any issue regarding Catch Themes.

SapanaDecember 11, 2018 at 4:16 am #161250vrabaParticipant@sapana. No we still have Parallax PRO – this is the website https://www.zahradnizabava.cz – the other site we use for blog is really a different theme (Spacious PRO different provider). My question was, can I have something similiar as I have on Spacious (blog.zahradnizabava.cz – extra menu with social icons right at the very top of page), on Parallax (website http://www.zahradnizabava.cz). Please see the picture above, it is from Parallax PRO. Thanks.
December 11, 2018 at 11:27 pm #161301sapanaParticipant@vraba: Design of our theme is completely different it doesn’t have header top menu bar section, you can add your additional menu on primary and secondary menu section. Let me know if you have any additional queries.

SapanaDecember 12, 2018 at 4:44 am #161333vrabaParticipantI dont understand how this will help me. We have main menu in primery menu (about us, contacts, porfolie etc). Once we add Secondary menu for example EN (link on our english website). The primary menu disapper once the site is loaded on mobile or tablet. Because in this case the “main menu” is Secondary menu…
I know, that we can use this secondary menu, but also want to have my main menu visible on mobile and tablets.December 12, 2018 at 11:23 pm #161370sapanaParticipant@vraba: Everything is working fine in my end.This may be due to plugin conflict. Please, deactivate all the plugin and recheck your site again. I suggest you to follow this instruction. Let me know if this trick helps you out!

SapanaDecember 13, 2018 at 7:53 am #161412vrabaParticipant@sapan: I dont think, this is becaufe of plugin conflict. Are you saying. That… If we use Primary menu (contacts, about us, portfolie etc) and Secondary menu for for example Links EN and DE (german). Once we will use Tablet or Sellphone on the right side under “hamburger menu” there will be what? Primary or Secondary menu? Because in our case, there is Secondary menu only… And that is bad for us, because customer does not see the primary menu at all…
December 13, 2018 at 7:57 am #161413vrabaParticipant@sapana: once we have active only Primary menu, on tablet and phones the hamburger menu is Primary menu – so it works fine.
December 13, 2018 at 11:29 pm #161478sapanaParticipant@vraba: Glad to know that you figure it out! If you activate both the primary and secondary menu you can see secondary hamburger menu on right side and primary hamburger menu in left side. Let me know if you have any other queries.

SapanaDecember 14, 2018 at 6:57 am #161514vrabaParticipantYou got it. The problem was way to simple. The menu on left side (primare) there it was, unfortunately have the same color as a background – white / white. So i could not see it. Now it works! Glad we figured out!
