I have the options to move the header image before or after the top menu, but how do I set the top menu to stay at the top of the pages?

I want something similar to this page

@ionadmin : I suggest you to hire a customizer. Adding some additional css is not going to make the top menu stay at the top of the page. Let me know if you have any further issues.
