Hi,
I have set up the featured slider to display on my Home/Frontpage only. I have 4 featured pages on it and each page has it’s own featured image.
However, the images are not displaying on the slider (the message “Image not found, please add featured image in your page’ is displayed)
Any idea how to fix this problem?
Regards,

June 2, 2016 at 5:18 pm #92803MaheshParticipant@allindesign: Have you added featured image to your pages as in this video?

If not please add, and the image will appear.
If you do have featured image add in the page already and its not displaying, try disabling plugins one by one and check if it resolves the issue.Have you selected same page in all three slides in the Featured Slider?
Let me know further.Regards,

Can you try it from Appearance=> Customize=> Featured Slider=> Slider Options=> Enable Slider?

February 9, 2017 at 2:24 pm #109201PratikParticipantIs there any customizations made via child theme? The disable function is working fine on our installations.

You are using very old version of the theme. Your version is 1.5.2 and the current version is 3.9. I highly recommend you to update the theme and take backups before upgrading as well.

There must be something wrong with your custom CSS. I saved the same CSS and it does not give me any issue.
