Hey.

I`m getting an error while trying to customize the Theme options .

The full detailed Error :

<b>Fatal error</b>: Cannot declare class Fotografie_Upgrade_Pro_Customize_Section_Pro, because the name is already in use in <b>/home/dktherapyco/public_html/wp-content/themes/fotografie/inc/customizer/upgrade-button/section-pro.php</b> on line <b>0</b>

 

Wordpress version 6.5

PHP version 7.4

Theme version 2.4.1

Hey.

Disabling all the plugins did not solved it.

Re-installing also did not solve the issue.

Any Other suggestions ?

@livedns : Ok I will contact you, please check your email from support. Have you installed a child theme or anything where you have added functions?

What is the email address of the “support” ?  I did not received an email from catchthemes  .

A child theme  is installed and from my side I don`t know if any custom changed has been made in the past.

Any suggestions ?

@livedns : For free theme users we don’t have direct email access only the support team can contact you directly on your registered email. So, please check your spam/junk folder in your email.

If you have a child theme, then it must be that issue. Can you try to active the main theme and check it? If it works after activating the parent theme then the conflict is on your child theme. So, search for that function Fotografie_Upgrade_Pro_Customize_Section_Pro in your child theme and delete it.
