Hi,

My issues are :

– the Catch tiled gallery doesn’t display as expected (distorted images) but it displays a good quality carousel.

– the Jetpack tiled gallery (as it’s said you used this plugin in the demo gallery website) display as expected but it displays a bad quality carousel (not like in your demo, where you say it’s done with Jetpack).

Your colleague told me you used Catch Themes gallery plugin in the demo (but it’s written you used Jetpack so I don’t know the truth lol).

Tested with the same compression images, enabled and disabled each one see the difference.
Tried to disable the accelerations option on Jetpack settings but doesn’t do anything.

How to solve the distortion issue with Catch Themes plugin ?
How to solve bad carousel quality with Jetpack gallery plugin ?
What are your settings on the demo please ?

Ps : I’d prefer to use Jetpack plugin for its flexibility to be honest.

In fact, jetpack tiled gallery seems to be less flexible as it does not offer random order and cannot display several images from my gallery…

Can you please update Catch Gallery plugin and see if the images are distorted. Please select Size in Gallery Settings as Full Size.

It used to be Jetpack previously and due to heavy load from a plugin, we switch to Catch Gallery. I think you didn’t set the size in the gallery and it went to the default size. If you can increase the size to large or medium depending on your settings then it will not show as distorted. Check your shortcode it should be as below, check the size, but in yours, the ids will be different as ids are the images id.
