Hi,

I’ve just purchased the Catch Sketch Pro template because I want to use the Blog template available. However, upon trying to Import it I get a bunch of errors, see below :

I’ve tried to import another template and I have the exact same issue.

This is on a fresh install of WordPress, created solely for the purpose of using this template.

If this issue cannot be solved I will have to request a refund.

@pr4w: Hello Mark,
This may be because you have not installed WooCommerce Plugin. Please install and activate the plugin and try importing the demo again.

Hi,

I’ve installed wooCommerce, and the import was successful (although why didn’t it suggest installing WooCommerce automatically like the other plugins?), however the template doesn’t look like the demo at all.

Here is what the template looks like when imported: blog (dot) hashtastic.eu

How do I get my template to actually look like the one it’s supposed to import?
