@judithbonser: Hello there,
You will need to install and activate Catch Themes Demo Import plugin to import demo contents.

After activating the plugin
Go to => Appearance => Catch Themes Demo Import => You should see options to import demo content.

Please make sure you have Bold Photography Theme activated.
