Hi there,

The countdown is showing the incorrect number. I believe the customizer is not saving data entered into the End Date time box, despite clicking to publish the updated time of the event. Can this be fixed?

The Countdown seems to be working fine at my end. I think this is a confusion due to the option Start Date and End Date.

The Start Date option is only used as a reference to colored circles in the Countdown which must be before the current date as mentioned in the option description in the customizer.

The End Date is the date where the countdown ends and works with respect to the current date and not the start date.

Let me know if you are still facing any more issues.

It is impossible for me to change the minutes and am/pm status on the event date of the countdown page.

No matter what I enter, they reset on my return visit to the countdown page.

I still need help on the Catch Wedding Pro Countdown!

 

The start time sets itself incorrectly to 3:03 a.m.

The end time sets itself incorrectly to 2:05 a.m.

 

When these are changed and saved they reset to those incorrect times no matter what.

It is impossible for me to change these times.

The end time should be 2:30 p.m.

Please help.

Have you activated the license key on your site? If not,

Go to => Dashboard => Appearance => About Theme => License Tab => Enter your License Key => Save Changes and Activate License.

You can get the license key from your Catch Themes My Account Page.

Thank you. It never worked.correctly but I got it set, by trial and error, correctly.

in the end, I had to set it about 1 hour and 17 minutes early, it seems to be working for now.

Good morning. Bad news. The clock does not work correctly yet

The clock is too fast. Over time it gets out of synch with the real time.

It continues to get worse and worse as it is operating too fast.

Please fix ASAP
