Hi hope someone can help
i am just setting up and have added an image to the carrousel but it does not appear on the homepage, any ideas gratefuly received as i am getting v frustrated and about to try a different company template to see if it is easier to set up.

@Andybee: So, you are talking about the Featured Page Slider. For that follow the step below:

@Andybee:
1. First create page and add in featured image in your page. For featured image check out http://catchthemes.com/blog/videos-blog/video-series-adding-featured-image-wordpress-postpage/

2. Go to “Appearance => Customize => Featured Slider Options”.

3. Now, in “Featured Slider Type”, just select “Featured Page Slider” from Select Slider Type. Then add in pages you have created.

4. Finally, in “Featured Slider Settings”, just select option where to want to display from “Enable Slider on” and “Save & Publish”

thanks but it isnt the feature slider i am having problems with, its the carousel.
I am trying to load pictures so that they appear on the homepage as the main image and then fade from one to another. i can see the menu for carousel and think i have loaded 2 images but nothing appears on the homepage, all i get is the menu and blog, no big carousel pictures.

all i am trying ot do is add some changing images on the homepage as per the demo
there is a menu option called carousel and i have added images to that. it says i need to add bootstrap so i have done that but it still doesn’t show images on homepage

@Andybee: We don’t have menu option called carousel. can you upload screenshot in your site or any photosharing site and share screenshot URL. It’s so confusing.

I dont understand either, i loaded the template and a menu option is there called carousel, i can load images to it but dont worry i have had it with catch templates, a wasted day, am going to move on and try some other templates

@Andybee: As we don’t have “carousel” in menu in our theme. Maybe it’s from plugin.
