I purchased/renewed the Catch Kathmandu Pro (Theme Usage for Lifetime and Update for 1 year), and the payment was processed on October 6, 2019, but I can’t download the update file. When I click the file download link, it says, “Your license key for this purchase is expired. Renew your license key and you will be allowed to download your files again.”
Also, the “order complete” email I received says the subscription expiration is October 6, 2020, but if I click the download link in the email, it just goes to the Catch Themes’ home page. When I entered our email address as a username, I get the error, “There is no account with that username or email address.” Could you please let me know how to resolve this issue? My order number is #185360. Thank you very much!
