Hi, not only have I lost the Catch theme, but also the WP back-end has turned to just an html list… can you advise please?

Also can you go to “Dashboard => Updates” and then click on “Re-install Now” button and check in. Even your core WordPress css is not loading in http://www.festivalfiresolutions.co.uk/wp-login.php

“Hi Simon,
Thanks for contacting Support Services regarding issue with wordpress site festivalfiresolutions.co.uk.
Our Systems Administration have checked the server and found no issue so this does seems to be a wordpress issue.
On checking you previous ticket the issue on that does nto relate to this.
I would refer this back to your web developer if they have any specific evidence of a server issue advised them to pass this on to us and we will review.”

1. Go to your plugin and deactivate plugin one by one to check if this is caused by any of your active plugin.
2. If this doesn’t fix then you need to “Re-Install” your WordPress update. For that, go to “Dashboard => Updates” from your WordPress Dashboard and then click on “Re-Install”.
3. For your Hosting support, you can ask why the site is not reading any.css
extension files. They can just check the your page source and try to click on any.css
files from plugin, themes and WordPress core. None of them are loading. For example, if you view your page source in your login page http://www.festivalfiresolutions.co.uk/wp-login.php and then click onbuttons.min.css
it will load like this https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/81234910/css-not-loading.pngMay 29, 2015 at 11:28 am #58547simon olleyParticipantMany thanks Sakin
I’ve turned off al plug-ins.
Wondering if site has been hacked as now in backend there are two lists of html dashboard one on top of other.
