In reply to: Adding a full width header image per page
LolleyMemberWorked it out:
On Page, set featured image (choosing one that is slider width) and check the default radio in Content Featured Image Size
In Theme Options > Header Featured Image Options >
Enable Featured Header Image > check Pages & Posts
Page/Post Featured Image Size > check Slider Image
Featured HeaderImage Position > check After Menu (or wherever you want your image to be)
🙂

LolleyMemberI would like to do something similar:
I have created a featured slider for the homepage but feel that single static images would be better for subsequent pages.
Is there a way to do this?
Thank you!

SakinKeymaster@Impelpro: For Catch Everest Theme, you can add the following css.
#header-right .widget_search { display: none; }
To reduce the height of the slider, either use the Featured Image slider from Catch Everest Pro theme, where you can upload the image of any size. For free theme, upload the image of with 1140px and height of your own choice as a featured image of the post.

SakinKeymaster@bangerang: Thanks for your appreciation and sorry this is Featured Post Slider, so it will link to post. If you are developer, then you can build child theme and edit the function. For easy way, you need to use Featured Image slider. For that you need to upgrade to pro version and you will enjoy a lot more features. See this http://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/catch-everest-pro/

June 15, 2013 at 9:57 am #10530In reply to: Header and Writing on Featured Post Slider
SakinKeymaster@jwendell: Yes Pro is easier to use as it has more easy option in Theme Options panel. Catch Themes and Catch Internet uses the Custom Theme and it’s not in public release. It depends on the settings. I see lot of people using Catch Box Pro, Simple Catch Pro and Catch Everest Pro for their business site.
June 15, 2013 at 9:51 am #10528In reply to: Image Slideshow?
SakinKeymaster@albertoc: You are not supposed to do that from your image folder. See the instruction mentioned above. If you are using Free Catch Everest Theme, then you can use the Featured Post Slider only.

svoelkerParticipantThanks Sakin.
I’ve done that and it still does not allow me to add images.
The first time I activated Mustang it allowed me to do it. However, I changed site url’s and had to download it again and this time it won’t.
Some of the other admin functions are different also.
I submitted a ticket.
