Some changes were made to my website dealing with the home page header by a catch themes person. After the changes, my header lost the information in the header right widget area and had the header toggle instead.
I went to – Customizing | Theme Options | Fixed Header Top Options
Place check in the box ‘Check to disable Header Toggle’ – this removed the header toggle bar issue and displayed the header right widget information I wanted, contact us and telephone #. BUT the header is displayed below the menu and has the logo showing. There is now a header up at the top above the menu without the toggle or header right widget information and a duplicate header below the menu with the logo and the correct header right widget information. I cannot figure out how to remove the bad header that is at the top right now and let the header below the menu with header right widget information to move up to the top above the menu.
    Please help solve issue.

I was able to move the header right widget information to the upper right hand corner. So that looks good. But I still have a duplicate logo below the menu, which looks like another header.

The duplicate header was resolved. But there is a little space between the header and slider. it comes just below the menu items. the space does not have a tint color. When you minimize the window this area is very large so there is a lot of empty space between the header and slider. It is like something is fixed and not responsive. It does the same thing when you view it for the tablet and iphone. Can you resolve this issue and make the site responsive?

@kmckay: I think this issue has been fixed in the latest update. Please update the theme to its latest version and let me know if the issue persists.
