@pdelsa : To change the size of logo. Login to your WordPress admin section. Go to Appearance => Customize => Additional css and add the following css.

.custom-logo {
  width: 100px;
}

You can change the value of width as desired. The above code will set the width of logo as 100px. You can change the value of width and add the custom css.

@clowenthal : You can create a user account and make a purchase of Decree Pro. Download the theme from your My Account section and Go to Appearance => About Theme. Click on License tab, enter the license key and save your changes. Updating theme will not change your customization’s.  Please make sure you have a backup of the theme before updating to the latest version. Let me know if you have any more issues.

@pdelsa : The recommended size for logo is 250 by 250 pixels. If you need to change the size of the logo it can be done with the additional css. Please post in your site URL along with the desired size so that I can provide you the required additional css.

@luismarioochoa : The header video sound is disabled by WordPress itself. The audio feature is not controlled by the theme or its not disabled by the theme.  If you would like to enable the header video sound you will need to install and activate Header Enhancement Pro plugin from Catch Plugins

@dmac : The images that you have used are not cropped in the same ratio from the border of the image. Your images have a variable length and width containing the white background from the border of the images. You can check the image below where you can find the image contains a white background which is uneven in every images. Make sure you crop the images with same dimensions from the border and upload your images again.

@dexdeadly : To change the functionality of the menu you will need to customize your site. You will need to add some custom jQuery code to change the script functionality. If you check the demo of the theme you can see that the only way to display sub menu items is by clicking the angle-down icon. Let me know if you have any more theme related issues.
