First of all
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Colors => Background Color => Select Color => Clear and Publish.

Then,
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

#post-90 {
    background-color: #f9dd32;
}

There is no option in the customizer. I have set pause on hover switched on by default in feature slider section.
When you hover over a slide it will pause.
