I checked your site and the posts are not showing up in the homepage. Just the footer widgets are showing up.

To remove them,

Go to => Appearance => Customize => Widgets => Footer 1 => Remove the widgets and Publish.

I is not possible in the pro version as well. The Header Video automatically replaces the Header Image. Maybe you will need to find a suitable plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository.
