Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

.wp-block-quote {
    background-image: url('https://www.gayundah.info/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/aerial-photo-arrowed-web.jpg');
}

Replace the link with the link of the image you want as the background image.

Please remove the CSS Code you have added for the logo and
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

.custom-logo {
	max-width: 250px;
}
@media screen and (min-width: 1024px) {
	.custom-logo {
	    max-width: 500px;
	}
}

You can change the width according to your choice.

You can change the padding to your requirement.

The Header Video not playing on mobile devices or screen size below 900px width is a default WordPress feature. To have the Header Video work on mobile devices as well you will need to use our Header Enhancement Plugin.
