whatever changes i make to the website aren’t  showing up

On some pages, i see the shortcodes (which aren’t supposed to be visible)

and in my plugins, there is nowhere the plugin of the theme

i tried to install it again and it says that is unable to install it

i just bought the theme but in my control panel under “about theme” i don’t see a place to put the license key
