@landyvlad: Can you please check this screenshot, I think you have missed this meta-box section, where you need to fill up the information. After then it will display like shown in this link.
Please follow this steps:
step 1:Go to=> Dashboard=> Testimonial=> Add new testimonial=> Don’t forget to add the customer’s name as title
step 2: (At right side of the sidebar) Testimonial Options=> add the position of the customer.
step 3:Save/Publish it

– Actually header image is set as background image and background-size is cover so the header image is little bit scale up in mobile and tablet version ,otherwise it is fully responsive.
