    Hello Mahesh,

    Thank you for your response.
I did disable all plugins but the issues persist… I do use a child theme, which a good friend of mine created for me. However, the editing functionality disappeared after I had been using the child theme for a while. Now the updates are not functioning either… feeling like I am losing control over the site…

    Thank you for any help/advice.

    Dear Manesh,
Thank you very much for your help. I do have some antispam and seo plugins active. Will try de-activating them and re-activating today after work and will let you know.
Sorry for posting twice, I think I just panicked that I won’t get the much needed help on time… Won’t do it again.
    Regards,
    Nadia

    Dear Pratik,

Thank you very much for your prompt response- in the mean time I found an alternative solution (which doesn’t resolve the issue but rather goes around it ;))- I added an image in the heather and shank the slider’s width and am happy with this for now.
However, now when I type in my site address on my phone, the slider does not appear at all and the colours are different… My site is brightbraincentre dot co dot uk
Thank you in advance for your help,
    Nadia

    Dear Mahesh,
I am just starting off my business and cannot afford to hire customizers for every issue I encounter with my site. When I chose both the wordpress and the Catch Pro Theme, I (mistakenly) believed that both would be an easy maintenance without having to hire extra people, or being a programmer…
Sadly, I now realise that I might have been wrong.
I did customize everything again yesterday via your GUI, which s pretty easy and consise to use, I must admit.
However, now I encounter another problem; my slider appears on my wp-admin screen in the mobile version but not when I actually load it on a mobile?!?
This is very puzzling and I do not understand the logic behind it. Do you have any suggestion, apart from hiring a customizer, which can help me sort this out myself?
Thank you very much in advance for your help.
    Regards,
    Nadia

    Hi Mahesh,

Thank you for your quick response. Yes you got me right and these were the problems I had yesterday night.
At some point past midnight I was able to access a menu from where to shrink again the title line heights (sorry, I am not a programmer, so am working only with the user interface), which brought the heather back to normal. From there I was also able to adjust the menues, which were gone crazy as the submenues had somehow become main menues… do not ask me how, as I have no idea.
In addition, the page looked completely different in the preview window, (even after saving all changes) from the actual image of it when seen online.
It is difficult to explain… if this happens again, next time I will make a screenshot or a video and will attach.
I panicked that all my work is gone due to a complete page breakdown.

I can confirm that this morning everything is good an back to normal and features work fine.

    Very grateful and relieved!

    Thanks.

    Nadia
