MupaParticipant
As i said in my first post i know these theme options. My questions was if this is possible just for mobile mode. My intention for doing so is: in desktop mode you have enough space for widgets. But in mobile mode it’s the other way around. There is not enough space and you don’t want to scroll down every single page. There it would be enough to show the sidebar just on the homepage.
Maybe that is an idea for improvement in some of the next versions.Regards,
MupaMupaParticipantWorks like a charm, thanks a lot.
I think it’s impossible to prevent loading of the sidebar instead of hiding it right? Therefore some template changes needs to be done, right?MupaParticipantOk, i have double checked it with my Android device with Chrome. This one works. So it seems to be an iOS Safari issue.
MupaParticipantWorks perfect, thanks.
MupaParticipantThis works perfect, thanks a lot.
MupaParticipantOne question regarding that topic:
Is it possible to just increase the bottom padding/margin of the Featured Slider? Otherwise i have no space between the Featured Slider and the image of the last post if i open the site with a smartphone in portrait mode.MupaParticipantThe first option works perfect for me, thanks a lot.
MupaParticipantThanks for the explanations, i expected something like that. I already have reduced my table font but it was not enough. Now with th, td = 10px it looks perfect.

Where should i post if i find something more?MupaParticipantI have changed it back cause it should look like always tomorrow. Tell me if you have time for another look so that i can switch back to the settings i want to show you.
MupaParticipantOk, just for you: I have disabled all my caching and custom CSS. Please have a look. And thanks for the super fast reaction.
MupaParticipantMaybe you overlooked post #90229. The initial color of the header is #000000 which should be black. But for me it is white. I have to set #0a0a0a as workaround to get a black header. But this isn’t absolutely black. That’s why you gave me the custom CSS of post #90426 which works now, the header is absolutely black.
–> So if you want an absolutely black header, you have to use custom CSS. The default value of #000000 of the color options doesn’t work.
Before you ask, i have tested it without other custom CSS.MupaParticipantThx for the information.
MupaParticipantThx, this works. But this means that the color option are a little bit buggy at the moment.
MupaParticipantAny ideas?
April 24, 2016 at 4:15 am in reply to: different aspect ration for image or page slider pictures in mobile mode #90245MupaParticipantWhat about this srcset-tag which is used by WordPress? With this tag it should be possible to load a different picture size when a smartphone loads the page.
I have checked this tag in Catch Adaptive: It will be set for the pictures of the Featured Content Slider, but it isn’t set for the pictures of the Featured Image Slider, which isn’t ideal by the way.MupaParticipantAh sry, my bad. But the header and the menu are so close together that i was a little bit confused.

Actually i have set #0a0a0a as workaround, cause #000000 doesn’t work. But #0a0a0a isn’t absolutely black.
MupaParticipantHm, maybe you mean another color option. I mean Color Options –> Header Color Options –> Header Background Color.
This one has a default hex value of #000000 which should be black. I can see the back color on the color switch, it is black. But this setting creates a white header background. I want a black header background.
MupaParticipantOne thing: The default value for the Header Background Color is #000000 which should be black right? If i set this value my header background is white.
MupaParticipantI have copied my de-DE.mo file from the Non Pro version and it’s working now. But why is there no german translation file in the Pro version? I just have BR-translations there. In the Non Pro version i have files for DE, FR, BR.
