1. Adjust font size: This can be done through Custom CSS.
Go to Dashboard=> Appearance=> Customize=> Theme Options=> Custom CSS box and add the following:

.featured-text .slider-title {
    font-size: 20px;
}

.featured-text .slider-content {
    font-size: 15px;
}

#access ul li a {
	font-size: 15px;
}

Note: Adjust the font-size as required.

2. Did you changed the image size in code? If so, you’ll need to use Regenerate thumbnails plugin once.

@sungju98: Both of the above issue is due to server’s configuration.
1. Comet Cache: The server you are using uses PHP 5.4 but Comet Cache plugin needs at least PHP 5.5.
2. W3 Total Cache: Due to your server’s configuration, the plugin is not available.
I recommend you to contact your server administrator for the problem.

This is how it is done. In Catch Responsive Pro theme, this options is available by default. I recommend you to upgrade to Catch Responsive Pro.

@pal_coche: The update should not have caused such problem. Did you get any error while updating the themes? Which version of WordPress are you using? Updating the theme doesn’t cause lost of customization settings. Are you using any plugins? Sometimes plugins may cause problems. The theme is working fine on our server. Try disabling plugins and update the theme may it resolve the problem.
