    Yes I deactivated The Quiz Builder. Obviously there is a conflict, but the conflict is the JQuery one which was shown to you. This theme is the ONLY theme I have from any developer giving the Error. ALL other themes work with the Quiz Builder Plugin.

    Yes, it persists with all plugins deactivated. F.Y.I the survey is done through Thrive Quiz Builder from Thrive Themes which is a plug in itself. I deactivated all other plugins to rule them out. Quiz Builder works with all other themes that I have except Clean Business and I like Clean Business so I want to keep it.

Quiz builder works with all other themes that I have except Clean Business and I like Clean Business so I want to keep it.

    I can try that, but why would a plug-in be only a problem with this theme and not others?

    Try this page

    It is supposed to show a survey/quiz. It works with all the standard WordPress Themes but not with Clean Business and it throws the exception that was highlighted in the previous post
