Can you confirm what the WP admin credentials would consist of?
The URL is http://theancientpathways.com/
Do you also require the Password?
Or anything else?
Thanks again Skandha

Yes please, if you can help I am happy to provide WP Admin credentials.
Will I provide them to you once you email me?
Will I send them to you via reply email? Or do you want me to send them to you through this support page? Possibly a bit unsecure to do that?
Thanks

Thanks, although as you would know, updates are only available for 1 year after purchase.
So, when I click on downloads and it says “No downloads available yet”.
I already have Catch Web Tools installed and have done for some time. Although any updates were never installed into this version.
Can you advise a way to fix my problem?
The code I sent you that was supplied from Catch Themes only a week ago worked, although is no longer working and I haven’t changed anything only to add more content to the same page that the code fixed last week.
Appreciate any further advice on fixing this problem.
Thanks

I dont want any surprises or changes being automatically made to the look and layout of the web site as a result of updating versions.
Can you please advise on the safest and surest way of avoiding this when finally I can proceed to update?
Thanks again
Kind regards

Thanks for your reply.
This was one problem that was never resolved by Catch Themes. I have had Responsive Pro for 2 years and it has never been able to be updated. I raised this issue with Catch Themes although it was never resolved.
Can you please assist me with updating as every time I have tried to update it sends me the following error message:
“An error occurred while updating Catch Responsive Pro: Update package not available”.
Appreciate your assistance in getting Catch Themes up to date to resolve both issues
Thanks and regards

Thanks

Thanks so much for your assistance with this. I will give it a go.
One other thing, is it possible to increase the size of the Site Identity area where the Logo goes, so the logo size can be increased to fit into this bigger area?
Thanks

September 22, 2017 at 12:13 am in reply to: INCREASE FONT SIZE IN FEATURE CONTENT TEXT WIDGET #122836Derek BattyParticipantHi Support Team
I notice there are about 5 updates to Responsive Pro although I am a little concerned that if I update my site that I will lose site information or changes that I have made to it as a result?
Is this the case, can updates affect what I have done to my site since purchasing it?
What assurance can you give that it wont?
What assistance will you provide if it does?
If the affect of updating is extensive then all of the hours upon hours of changes to my site is lost or affected how does that improve your product and its promotion?
I am hesitant to update as you can see because of this, only because of some previous mentions in other forums.
Can you please advise and guide eitherway
Thanks Support Team

Thanks that worked well.
Also can you tell me how to display all of my blog posts on a single page called Blog. Currently these are not shown on the Blog page but are separate posts.
I managed to display the Podcast onto a single page entitled Podcast using a short code but could not find anything like this for displaying blog posts onto the Blog page.
Appreciate your help

Derek
Thanks Tikaram

Try now, if any further problems let me know
Here is the link again

I am trying to link a page to an image on the feature page. Maybe another way to do it if css is not the answer. Can you suggest a plug-in or maybe a short code to use with the text widget or something of this kind to achieve this?
The 3 photos across the feature content area are Podcast, Blog and Subscribe. I want to link these to individual pages via the image or photo inset
Thanks Tikaram

September 12, 2017 at 2:17 am in reply to: INCREASE FONT SIZE IN FEATURE CONTENT TEXT WIDGET #122006Derek BattyParticipantJust further…
All this is is a text widget that I have simply placed within the featured content section of the front page.
All I want to do is increase the font size in the Text Widget and possibly even center the text in relationship to the photo it sits under. Currently the text is left hand justified.
Thanks
