I have enabled the header image for video, but the inside page header banners are not visible now.

Can you please help, also please do share how to resolve the elementor issue.

The image size of promotion headline is 1920 / 800 px, but the width is getting cropped. Kindly suggest.

Thank you, for your responses. It helps.

As mentioned above, I can enable header media for video, but will I be able to retain the existing slider on home page as well? or is it either of it.

If I can keep both, then its wonderful, Maybe I could bring the header media section down where the promotion headline exist. Is it possible?

The elementor issue still remains, for the moment I have deactivated elementor, and have used classic editor to upload the product images, but it’s not that helpful, as I cannot give individual url to each image to navigate to internal product pages for more description.

Can we make the video play in promotion headline section, by uploading video? if not,  create a section in the home page for video upload.

Secondly I am still unable to use elementor, i have deleted it, as well deactivated caching plugin. Would be happy to bring back elementor, or maybe try gutenberg, what would you suggest.

The promotion headline issue got solved.

The elementor issue remain the same. I reinstalled elementor after deactivation caching, if i could attach the screenshot for you, that would have been better.

I disabled the gallery, event section and have deleted elementor, so it looks fine. But as soon as i reinstall elementor the same issue crops up again. Most of the pages are built through elementor, especially gallery, so i will have to reinstall elementor.  Please suggest a solution.

Secondly i need your help on promotion headline too, the headline promotion image 1920 x 1270, shrinks from top and bottom when uploaded, the full image is not displayed. To display full message, i have to insert more text which pushes the screen on both sides. I want only the title and sub title to be displayed with the image as background and a youtube link.

Please help

Thanks. It worked. But the block shrinks from top & bottom if there is no text in it.

I want to keep only one or two lines of text and the image full size.

How can i do it.

Secondly i want to reinstall elementor, but the same issue crops up again. What should be done.

The elemantor plugin i installed was Essential addons for elementor for event calendar and live updates, the caching plugin i deleted was light speed cache. These both were deactivated and deleted.

I had enabled EVENT section and installed elementor plug in to get a new format for event, i uploaded the event schedules manually, since the format did not come out as expected, i deleted the format, inspite of deleting the format, it was still visible, to clear the same i disabled event and also deleted the elementor plugin, but it was still visible and overlapping the gallery section.

The gallery got affected with event leftover urls overlapping on the gallery and gallery looked distorted. Then i created a new page for gallery, dumping the existing one, but the situation remained same.

For the time being i disabled gallery too until i get help from you.

Yesterday i uploaded 2 blog post, the moment i published i saw the entire home page was covered with blog content and the event/elemantor content.

In between i deactivated and deleted an existing Caching plugin and installed a new one, which is presently working now.

I have uploaded banner as header on each inner pages, but it is not visible, how do i enable the visibility, hope the size of banner is 1920 x 540.

Thank you for your clear and simple instructions, it helped.

The service section and the blog post issue is resolved. I still have to go through the “menu of the Day” issue. But prior to that another issue has cropped up.

The slider image is only partly visible, if i select “With back ground image” as an option. If i select the layout “without background image” the image and text on slider is clearly visible, but it looks like with a transparent or a greyish background, not the same or similar white background of the entire home page / website.

secondly the header which was disabled is still found in the next section after slider section and before service section.

Please help resolve this issue.
