    Hi Pratik,

    great! Thanks for your help!

    Better WordPress Minify was the bad boy.
    I deleted it.
    I played around with some plugins and found: RS Head Cleaner Lite
    I even deleted the plugin Cachify.
    Pagespeed results are good.
