Hi Sakin,
I was wondering if you have ever used WooCommerce with this theme. I’m looking for a good option to sell gift vouchers redeemable only with the Yoga Instructor vs. redeeming online. The only good option I can find is to use Woocommerce with a Gift Voucher addon. But, when I install WooCommerce, I get this message:
“Your theme does not declare WooCommerce support – Please read our integration guide or check out our Storefront theme which is totally free to download and designed specifically for use with WooCommerce”
I’m wondering if I need to go through this process described at this URL: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/ or not?
I’m not sure if you’ll know the answer to this, but I appreciate any insight you may have.
Thanks so much,

Till date, we only have 7 theme ready for WooCommerce http://catchthemes.com/themes/category/woocommerce-ready/ and we are in the process of making it ready for Catch Base Pro, Full Frame Pro, Catch Responsive Pro and Gridalicious Pro. The update will be released on Mid of June.

Thank your for the Woocommerce updates. I’m excited to get started on this. Can you tell me how to update safely so that I can install Woocommerce? I’m not seeing an update indicator in my dashboard.
Thanks so much,

July 1, 2015 at 1:06 am #60336afeautoParticipantHi Sakin,
I’ve posted questions about the WooCommerce integration, but it seems my posts are not showing up once I submit them and I’m not receiving an answer?
Please advise.
Thanks,
AbbyJuly 2, 2015 at 4:58 am #60416SakinKeymaster@afeauto: Are you taking about this post http://catchthemes.com/support-forum/topic/featured-image-and-sidebar-on-shop-page/ . This was in spam, due to unnatural site link.
July 2, 2015 at 10:08 am #60433afeautoParticipant@Sakin: Yes, that’s the post. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The domain is unnatural because it is a staging environment for me to build the eCommerce on. I prefer not to go live until the Shop > Product pages look right.
The issue seems like it might be a similar issue that I had you help me with previously when the featured image wasn’t working correctly for the blog page. This time it’s the featured image as well as the sidebar.
Is there any way you can take a look at it and advise? Thanks so much. Abby
July 2, 2015 at 11:45 pm #60468SakinKeymaster@afeauto: I have already mentioned to you that you need to update Catch Base Pro theme to latest version. See it at http://catchthemes.com/support-forum/topic/featured-image-and-sidebar-on-shop-page/
Then add the detail mentioned there and it will work fine.
August 2, 2015 at 1:31 am #61953afeautoParticipantHi Sakin,
Here is the site this inquiry is referring to: http://goo.gl/dhR7Vm/
I am with a web developer now and between the two of us, we are still confused. Which detail are you referring to? I’m guessing you’re talking about following the woocommerce integration (http://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/), but the code that needs to be replaced in the woocommerce.php file is not giving us the results we need.. We know that it can vary by theme. Is this the code that needs to be replaced?
<?php while ( have_posts() ) : the_post(); ?>
<?php //get_template_part( ‘content’, ‘page’ ); ?>
<?php
/**
* catchbase_comment_section hook
*
* @hooked catchbase_get_comment_section – 10
*/
//do_action( ‘catchbase_comment_section’ );
?><?php endwhile; // end of the loop. ?>
I replaced it with this: <?php woocommerce_content(); ?>
The layout is not correct.
Can you help point me in the right direction?
Thanks so much,
AbbyAugust 3, 2015 at 11:44 pm #62036SakinKeymaster@afeauto: First of all the URL of your site is not opening. So, can you post in the correct URL and also let me know which theme are you using it. If you are using Catch Base pro the you don’t need to change anything on code level.
February 7, 2016 at 2:56 am #84802AlexandraMemberHello Sakin,
I have Gridalicious Pro theme and wonder is it posible to disable it showing a product image as featured image on the product page?
Should I completely re-write the template file for a product?
February 7, 2016 at 2:47 pm #84837SakinKeymaster@multikssgmail-com: We haven’t change or added any WooCommerce template to give you flexibility. WooCommerce shows product image in product page. I don’t know what do you mean by featured image as product page will not have theme featured image.
Note: Please post in appropriate support forum. For Gridalicious Pro, the Forum URL is http://catchthemes.com/support-forum/forum/gridalicious-pro-premium/
