    @jennifersimsdesign-com-au: You can adjust the margin bottom in the following css and then add it in “Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Custom CSS Options” box:

    .sidebar-primary .widget {
    margin-bottom: 40px;
}
#supplementary .widget {
    margin-bottom: 20px;
}
