Hi there,

At what point was the theme updated to break my current set up? The new version has completely overridden everything I’d built previously and I don’t seem to be able to recover anything. Do you have any old versions that I can get back? I have tried rolling back using a plugin but nothing seems to work. All my styling, navigation, footer has completely gone. Please let me know as soon as possible.

@kodendigital: Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Could you please let me know if you have a recent backup of the site from before the theme update?  If you used a plugin for backups, you might be able to restore your theme to an earlier version.

Regarding your navigation, footer, and other customizations, unfortunately, if they were lost after the update, and no backup is available, it may require you to rebuild those elements.
