Hello, i use these theme. But in the mobile version header not working and i dont see video.. only black screen.
Any solution?

The Header Video not working on mobile devices or screen size below 900px width is a default WordPress Feature. You will need to use our Header Enhancement Plugin for the header video to work on mobile devices. Install and Activate the plugin and the header video should work on mobile devices as well.

Hello, I’m having a similar problem. I intalled the Header Enhancement Plugin and now the video can be seemed in mobile devices but it’s static, it’s only the thumbnail with the play button and even the Youtube logo visible. It’s unplayabe and in any case it supposes to act like a banner. I don’t know what to do.

The autoplay option is only available in the pro version of the theme. I suggest you to upgrade to pro. You can check the additional-features available in the pro version of the plugin here.
